January 2015 RT Users Group Meeting
Year in Review; Items for the New Year

It has been a while since we met as a group and many of you have reached out supporting another get together. To that end John Fritz and I would like to invite you to propose any items of interest so we can be best prepared to make the meeting as useful as possible.
Some ideas I have at this time include
1. Year in Review
- reports to show continued growth of RT across campus
2. Use of web forms rather than native RT for general campus users
3. Leveraging FAQ's within the newly developed front-end forms

NEW: DoIT Offers UMBC FAQ Workshop on 2/19
4. If you are regular user of RT I would like to ask you to take a moment and respond to a brief survey to provide some additional talking points for the meeting as well as provide some much needed feedback for Campus Support.
If you are new to RT please feel free to answer as much as you can or if you would like to wait until after the meeting so you better understand some of the terminology that is fine too.
