The RT Users Group will next meet on Thursday, October 6, for a noon “Lunch & Learn” in Engineering Bldg., Room 023. Topics will include the following:

• RT product updates

• A preview of new features in the 4.4 upgrade planned for January 6, 2017

• Overview for RT integration's with UMBC Enterprise Solutions

• An FY16 reviewof campus RT usage, FAQ and select support metrics

• An effective practices interactive panel representing a cross section of RT experiences featuring:

• Kena Jackson (Enrollment Management)

• Shahid Mokal (CAHSS)

• Ken Schreihofer (Student Affairs)

• Brian Thompson (Graduate School and the Office of General Counsel)
