The Nathan Schnaper Summer Intern Program is accepting undergraduate student applications for a 10-week cancer research program which will take place at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB).
The students will work with faculty mentors to conduct research in cutting edge areas of basic, translational and clinical cancer research including targeted drug discovery, signal transduction, apoptosis and metastasis.
Students will receive a stipend of $4,000, as well as a travel stipend of $500.

Requirements:
- Cumulative GPA must be greater than a 3.0
- Strong letters of recommendation
- Must be US citizens or Permanent Residents

- Include two letters of recommendation using the online forms submitted to NSIP@som.umaryland.edu
- A transcript of your grades, including the Fall semester, must be sent (electronically if possible)
