Being Stigma Free means learning about and educating others on mental illness, focusing on connecting with people to see each other as individuals and not a diagnosis, and most importantly, taking action on mental health issues and taking the StigmaFree Pledge. The hashtag for the week will be #IAmStigmaFree. Take the StigmaFree pledge today and join us for MHAW to let others know that there is hope and understanding. You can change the way the world sees mental health! https://www.nami.org/stigmafree#pledge
Hope to see you all there!
