-You were called to investigate a lost diver case on July 7, 2011?
-He was a client on Neptune diving company's Hepburn Expedition?
-After this day, you conducted no further interviews?
-When you were conducting interviews, you only spoke to 2 of the 9 customers on the dive?
-Moving on to what you did investigate, the unaccounted for diver in a 2009 dive conducted by Neptune, was recovered and in fine health by the time you arrived on the scene?
-In 2010, when Drew Stevenson suffered severe nitrogen narcosis and was in need of a recompression chamber, he was fine after this?
-Neptune's safety record is better than most?
-You say that Frankie Fernandez claimed to have seen the crew drinking?
-But he saw this for less than a minutes, maximum?
-And Fernandez never mentioned this at all until after July 7?
-You also found ZERO evidence of alcohol on board the ship?
-You dove to the site of the Hepburn wreck?
-Now, you found no evidence that Neptune or its employees made any errors during the July 7 dive (under water)?
-Neptune supplied their customers with the necessary equipment?
-And this equipment was in proper working order?
-The path through the ship was clearly explained?
-And this was the wisest route?
-Said route was clearly marked?
-Rodgers made adequate rescue efforts when struggling with Lee?
-He made the correct decision to ascend without Lee?
-Hathaway correctly waited for the storm to pass before he attempted a rescue dive?
-You say there is insufficient evidence of any misconduct?
-In regards to the storm, you state that it was an emergency situation with no clear solution?
