Neptune is one of the fastest growing and most competitive scuba diving companies today, correct?
So they are beating out competitors such as Scuba Challenge for market share with their services?
In fact, in your article "On the Nose (Dive)," you say that they are "personally costing you millions," is this true?
And you are testifying today for free?
Now because of their success, Neptune is able to hire high quality staff, correct?
One of which is Hayden Hathaway, who used to work for you at Scuba Challenge?
She even helped to author the article "Scuba Diving 101," on which you base many of your safety concerns for Neptune's model of business, isn't that right?
So Hathaway would be qualified to make decisions about what it would be safe for divers to do?
And you assert that it is too dangerous for recreational divers to venture below 100ft?
Did you obtain Scuba Diving safety statistics in your research process?
And according to those figures, was Neptune safer than most other scuba businesses?
And this is in spite of the fact that according to you they do not follow all of the safety measures in "Scuba Diving 101"?
Interesting, are you familiar with the affidavit of Hayden Hathaway?
So you are aware that Neptune requires its divers to have several diving experiences below 100ft and inside of a wreck in order to qualify for the Hepburn Expedition?
You reviewed Lee Allen's dive log, did he meet the experience requirements?
Let's move on to the events of July 7, in your professional opinion is it likely that Lee Allen started to experience nitrogen narcosis as he approached the Hepburn?
And according to Scuba Diving 101, who is ultimately responsible for responding appropriately to the onset of nitrogen narcosis?
And you are aware that Lee Allen suffered from stage 2 hypertension?
And that he did not inform Neptune of this potentially dangerous medical complication?
Is it standard in the scuba industry to ask for clients medical records?
Did Reggie Rogers make the right decision in telling Lee to "Go Ahead," and staying himself to help Frankie Fernandez?
And did he make the right decisions in surfacing without Lee?
So despite the fact that you claimed Rogers pairing with Allen could impair his judgment, in the water he conducted himself without fault?
And is it likely that Rogers wound up on the second level of the Hepburn Wreck through no fault of his own?
