·         In your report, you recommend that all divers and dive companies, such as Neptune, check the weather no sooner than 3 hours before a dive correct?

·         You are aware that the Hepburn dive goes to a depth of 170 ft right?

·         This is much deeper than any other dive offered by similar companies correct?

·         The forecast information regarding the new arrival of the storm was freely and publically available 7 hours before the July 7 dive correct?

·         And yet Neptune still used the 12 hour time frame for checking the weather right?
