Many college students struggle with body image and/or eating concerns, but may not know how to cope. National Eating Disorders Awareness Week brings attention to symptoms and resources for those in need.
This Wednesday, February 29th, representatives from UCS, UHS and the Women's Center will be at the RAC from 11am-1pm.
(http://my.umbc.edu/groups/healthed/events/10739). We will share information about body image and eating disorders, and give students an opportunity to engage in fun activities as well! Also stop by to learn more about resources on- and off-campus.
To participate in a free online screening, follow this link:
(The free screening is made available to all UMBC students and is taken anonymously. The screening is provided so that you may find out, in just a few minutes, whether or not professional consultation would be helpful to you).
