While looking for ways to make managing our queues easier, I found a neat tip on the RT wiki - http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/QuickResolveandQuickReject
You can create a bookmarklet to quick resolve tickets that by putting the code javascript:self.location=self.location+'&Status=resolved' as the link to the bookmark. If you click the bookmark while viewing the ticket, it closes the ticket without you needing to see the edit screen. Saving that step is small, but nice!
Does anyone else have useful "RT Hacks" for making queue management easier?
