Everyone is expected to act normally during the election; this means everyone. Before you act or react to anything concerning the SGA election, ask yourself if it is a normal thing that a normal person would do.
Candidates and Campaigners:
If you approach somebody, and they express that they do not wish to talk to you, walk away. Normal people do not chase or persist after people that do not want to talk to them. That is what stalkers do, and it is illegal.
Voters: If you are approached by a candidate or a campaigner and you do not wish to speak with them, politely voice that you do not want to talk to them by saying that you are either too busy at the moment, or have already determined how you would like to vote. Normal people do not explode in a fit of rage and spew out a slew of curses and threats. That is what crazy people do.
Are you normal?
