The SGA Election Board is responsible for organizing the annual SGA elections. The Board recruits student leaders to run for office, engages the UMBC community in the electoral process, and enforces the rules of the election.
Any questions can be directed to Election Board Chair, Elle Poissant.
Any student can file a complaint for violations of Election Rules or campus policies by candidates or their campaign affiliates by completing an RT Complaint. Complaints must be accompanied with supporting evidence.
Any student may file a complaint with the Election Board about an alleged violation of these rules. Complaints must be filed by 48 hours after an alleged violation is discovered OR by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, April 18-- whichever is earliest.
