About This Group
Welcome to the Student Academic Network on myUMBC. The purpose of the Student Academic Network, or ‘SAN’, is to give UMBC students a means of networking with other students to ask questions, address other students’ needs and questions, and build discussions about academic and student life at UMBC. Our hope is that this network will empower students to find and develop their passions through an enriched and meaningful academic experience.

2) SAN is open to everyone---students, faculty and administrators.
3) Respect one another in the discussions. Our goal should be a proactive discussion board.
4) Remember, posts and comments made by other students may not be the official UMBC policy. Contact the appropriate department for official UMBC policy.
