What is URCAD?
Undergraduate Research and Creative Achievement Day (URCAD) is a day-long symposium and an extravaganza opportunity to display your research and creative work to the UMBC community. Projects will be displayed and shared through oral presentations, posters, exhibits, performances and film.
Apply NOW to present your work at URCAD on Wednesday, April 27.
Why should you participate?
Participating in URCAD gives you an opportunity to publicly display your project to the UMBC community AND gain professional experience that you can include on your resume and in job interviews.
So, who can participate? YOU!!
Did you conduct research or create your own artistic work in the last year? Share your work with the campus! Mentors, fellow students, friends, family members, high school teachers and students, graduate school recruiters, and the general public will come to URCAD to see what UMBC undergraduates have to offer.
Where do I apply?
The student application is available for online submission starting February 1, 2016 (TODAY) and you may access the application HERE.
Follow our page on myUMBC HERE to stay in the loop! Check out URCAD 2015 HERE to see previous work by UMBC students in fields ranging from Biology to Dance, Psychology and Visual Arts.
