Here is a bunch of information pertaining to everyone going to Vassar the weekend of September 21st and 22nd.
We will be leaving at 5:15 AM on Saturday morning from Erickson Parking Lot for those sleeping on campus or Mantucket Nectar's Old Country Farmhouse and Bed N' Breakfast (A.K.A. "The Troll Hole") for those sleeping at my house. Sleeping at either Deep Creek or Mantucket is mandatoryunless notifying me otherwise.

If you have a D next to your name, we need your car to transport bodies. Thank you for the offer ahead of time. If you are driving, it is a necessity that you fill up your gas tank immediately after leaving for and getting back from Vassar. When you do, keep any and all receipts. This is a requirement so the team is able to reimburse you. The remainder of gas costs should be split up evenly among the individuals that will be in your car. Please also keep tolls in mind. It's pretty expensive to get up to New York, so make sure to have about 40 dollars in cash.
This is a very rare occurrence for our team, however looking at total costs for gas and tolls, we are asking to provide an amount of compensation to drivers to cover a small fraction of these expenses. Again, this is one of the very few tournaments that will cost money out of your pocket to go to. As such, we are asking to bring 15 dollars to give to drivers to help curb costs. If this is an issue, contact me personally.
We are sleeping at Vassar Saturday night in one of the locations they've so graciously provided. We should be getting back to campus somewhere around 8 PM on Sunday.
