Thursday Night Practice
Thursday night practices start this week (pending weather and field conditions) at the Banneker Community Center in Catonsville. Each Thursday night, we will meet at 7:30pm in the Erickson parking lot and carpool to the fields for practice 8pm-10pm under the lights.On Thursday nights, we will focus on strategies and plays for use in competitive games and will have less conditioning and development of basic skills. All players on the official USAU roster are expected to attend.
The Men's Ultimate team is not renting these fields but rather is participating in the Spring Youth Clinic as part of the CMUA (Central Maryland Ultimate Association). The cost to use the fields is $10/player for the season, and each player must fill out a waiver. So, if you're serious about coming to Thursday night practices regularly, please do.
Monday Night Pick-up
CMUA runs pick-up games at Catonsville High School (~1 mi from UMBC) starting tonight March 11, 2013 at 8:30pm. Coordination of rides will be done on Facebook.
The cost is $10 per player and can be paid at the field.
Note: You should only need to pay $10 once for the season.
