When it comes to parking, there are a lot of different strategies for students. If you’re a commuter, it can be pretty rough. Much of the parking for me, as a Computer Engineering major, is on the other side of campus from the buildings most of my classes are in, which is ITE and Engineering. What many students don’t know about is the new parking!
It’s lot 29, and it’s between Walker Field and Walker Apartments. I’ve noticed it isn’t on many maps yet and some students think it’s only for Walker residents. I’ve found it to be really convenient to get to ITE from there. For the most part I use lots 22 and 29. Walking up the hill to ITE from the stadium lot isn’t something I want to do except as a last resort.
