Hey everybody!
Communicating clearly is so important for us. As environmentalists talking to each other, we need to remember to make clear messages that are approachable for others.
Community-Based Social Marketing (CBSM) is a technique of encouraging social change by using psychology to realize Why people don't do things, and how to encourage people to make changes through the power of social persuasion.
I learned a lot by reading this guide -- i definitely recommend printing it out (double - sided) to use as a reference, or keep it in a screen-reader.

Does anybody else have any tips or anecdotes about how to get people to change their behaviors? Like encouraging roommates to turn off lights and recycle?
Also, how are these notifications working out?
