Matt Davis Elite Training Schedule

For anyone who would like to run with me here is my schedule.
Monday/Thursday (2pm) I have intervals, they are at 6:00 pace with 1 minute rest. I will be "attempting" 12k worth of these intervals.
Tuesday and Friday (4:30ish) I have a 15-30 minute warm up followed by a general strength Hill Circuit.
Wednesday (2 pm) is a 45 minute run between 8-9 minute pace. Followed with strides.
Saturday(whenever) is my long run for the week between 80-90 minutes.
anyone who would like to attend any of these runs can contact me. Also if anyone wants to learn the trails please contact me and I can arrange to help. I have had several people ask to run with me on Wednesdays.
