Dailymile

Not sure if anyone will find this useful but, there's a social network for runners/athletes called Dailymile.
I'm on it and I find that it's a great way to both track your training so you can see how you are making progress and how many miles you put on your shoes but it's also a great way to get and stay motivated. There have been many times when I'm just not feeling like going out for a run but taking a quick peek at what my friends have been doing usually gets me going. Thought others might also find it helpful.
