The TSC has begun phone and online help for information technology related problems from the Library first floor, next to the future Retriever Learning Center. Users calling in to what used to be the DOIT Help Desk are not likely to notice a difference between current service and that offered previously from the Engineering building.
Their space is more or less delineated with temporary furniture taken from elsewhere in the Library. More fitting furniture and three office cubicles are on order. Meanwhile, Jamie Harrison and Andrea Mocko may be seen in their imaginary offices, leading a cadre of student assistants.
