The UMBC PROMISE Success Seminar series for graduate students features a variety of topics to assist students with professional development. Wendy Martin of UMBC's Office of Technology Developnment, and Timothy Sparklin of UMBC's Office for Research Protections and Compliance, offer an annual seminar to students about patents, intellectual property, responsible conduct of research, and the Institutional Review Board. This hour-long seminar, held during Fall 2011, is available on the PROMISEagep channel of YouTube as a multi-part series.
