After a year of research and deliberation – including dozens of campus stakeholder meetings – strategy groups are submitting their final reports to the Strategic Planning Steering Committee. The Steering Committee now has the important task of working with these reports to shape the draft strategic plan recommendations for discussion at the University Retreat in August.
Each strategy group approached its work through a set of research questions. The reports reflect substantial inquiry, drawing upon campus and external data. Each report offers a concise summary of recommendations, supported by more detailed narrative. The reports also include a summary of stakeholder engagement, a list of group members, an inventory of baseline data, and reflections on the process.
