Google Career Certificates

UMBC, in collaboration with The University System of Maryland (USM), Google, The National Association of Higher Education Systems (NASH), and the University of Texas System (UT), is working to expand access to flexible, career-aligned digital credentials. This initiative provides Google Career Certificates and AI Essentials courses, helping learners build high-demand skills in cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, and more.

Through this partnership, UMBC is advancing its mission to equip students, alumni, faculty, and staff with workforce-ready competencies that support economic growth, job mobility, and lifelong learning.
