About This Group
The Pick Me Up Foundation (https://www.facebook.com/pickmeupfoundation), created in memory of Aaron Reed (Brian Reed's son, Chemical, Biochemical and Environmental Engineering) is holding a musical instrument drive. All donated instruments will be reconditioned and placed in the hands of children who lack the resources to be able to play an instrument.
We are asking students when they go home for the break to bring back an under used instrument if they have one and to spread the word to their friends and family.
Faculty and staff can call me at 410 530 3831 or email at reedb@umbc.edu anytime to arrange for instrument pickup
Also, giving is a two-way street, if you know of any kids that need an instrument please contact me.
