Walk-in Math and Writing help at the first floor of the Library:
We offer a walk in Math Lab that tutors any Math course up to MATH 301 and up to STAT 355!
In addition to that, they offer basic walk in help for Chemistry courses, Physics courses, and CMSC 203!! Schedules are being set so check back throughout the first few weeks of the semester.
We offer a walk in Writing Center where you can get help for any written assignment at UMBC! Seriously--you can just stroll on in there with a draft and one of our highly trained writing tutors will help you mold it into a masterpiece! Plus, if you find a writing tutor that you really gel with, you can even make an appointment to work with them through our online reservation system!
Weekly Tutoring in Sherman Hall, 3rd floor
We offer small group tutoring by appointment for any 100 Level or 200 Level course at UMBC! Learn those languages! Puzzle out that Psychology! Break down those BIO concepts! You can sign up for a weekly appointment with one of our certified tutors to get help all throughout the semester!
