The Learning Resources Center (LRC) is UMBC’s comprehensive undergraduate academic support department. Our mission is twofold: to provide learning assistance services that help students fulfill their goals for a successful undergraduate education; and to provide learning support to the academic community which enables undergraduate students to have the opportunity for an honors university experience in a research university. LRC collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and administrators, to conduct specific programs that maximize learning success for each student who seeks assistance.
