Your Communities - #UMBC30DayChallenge Day 22
posted about 12 years ago
This week we will be reflection on leadership in communities. Communities are larger than groups in that they represent many diverse sub-communities of people. For example, UMBC is a community made up of many diverse sub-communities of people based on position (faculty, staff, alumni or student), field/major, demographic identities, etc.
What communities do you belong to?
Where do you feel like you are valued and your voice is heard?
For #UMBC30DayChallenge Guidelines see the attached flyer.
Want More Leadership Development?
Apply to LeadingOrgs (a free 2day program for student organization officers) or STRiVE (a 5 day program over winter break for any UMBC student)
