You know what happens in groups? Conflict.
But what we should strive for as leaders is encouraging Conflict with Civility. Conflict can lead groups toward great innovation if handled correctly. So let's take a minute to reflect on when you have handled conflict. (Hint: this is also great interview prep).
Describe a time when conflict led to misunderstanding or disruption in the group. How did you handle this conflict? What did you learn from this and how might you address it differently in the future?
