This week we focus on building and maintaining partnerships. Leadership exists through powerful relationships. No one can be a leader alone. Often the greatest leaders have a partner who can see their true selves and can challenge the leader’s thinking.
#UMBC30DayChallenge Guidelines
Every morning a new challenge will be posted on the
Leadership Development myUMBC group. You will then have 24 hours to earn
up to 4 points before the next challenge is posted.
The people with the most points will be invited to a Challenge Completors Lunch on October 31st.
Earn points each day by responding to the challenge as a myUMBC comment.
Earn 1 point for
- Your relevant response to the challenge
- Posting a relevant photo with your post
- Posting a relevant video with your post
- Posting a supportive comment on
another person’s post
Any disrespectful posts will result in point deductions.
