Today we are going to talk about application. Sure we have values and strengths, but do we put them to work for our community?
What is one way you are making a difference at UMBC? How are you using your strengths and values discuss in earlier posts to solve a community problem?

Leadership Development myUMBC group. You will then have 24 hours to earn
up to 4 points before the next challenge is posted.
The people with the most points will be invited to a Challenge Completors Lunch on October 31st.
Earn points each day by responding to the challenge as a myUMBC comment.

- Posting a relevant photo with your post
- Posting a relevant video with your post
- Posting a supportive comment on
another person’s post
Any disrespectful posts will result in point deductions.
