posted about 12 years ago
Today we continue to think about your self-development. Let's begin with some positive psychology.
When are you at your best? What do other people compliment you on?
Optional Challenges:
Want to take a free self-assessment that will help you identify your strengths? Register with UPenn here, then take the "Brief Strengths Test" under Questionnaires.
Want to learn more about Positive Psychology? Watch this TED talk.
#UMBC30DayChallenge Guidelines
Every morning a new challenge will be posted on the
Leadership Development myUMBC group. You will then have 24 hours to earn
up to 4 points before the next challenge is posted.
The people with the most points will be invited to a Challenge Completors Lunch on October 31st.
Earn points each day by responding to the challenge as a myUMBC comment.
Earn 1 point for
- Your relevant response to the challenge
- Posting a relevant photo with your post
- Posting a relevant video with your post
- Posting a supportive comment on
another person’s post
Any disrespectful posts will result in point deductions.
