Leadership work is done within groups of people with a common goal and a shared
vision.
What groups/teams are you a part of and how does each of these groups/teams impact your life? Do you fall into a specific role or take on similar responsibilities within these groups?

Every morning a new challenge will be posted on the

Development myUMBC group. You will then have 24 hours to contribute to
the discussion before the next challenge is posted.
Earn points each day by responding to the challenge as a myUMBC comment.
Your contributions can include:
