Join the February Leadership Challenge to learn more about leadership, practice articulating your leadership journey, and engage in meaningful discussion with other UMBC students.
The February Leadership Challenge is a free, online program dedicated to helping all UMBC students reflect on the intersection of academics, work experiences & campus involvement to answer the question: Who Do You Want To Become?
A new question will be posted everyday beginning February 3rd. The people who post and comment the most throughout February will be invited to attend the Challenge Completers lunch. See the attached document for more info.
