We have a small room available available in a 4 bedroom townhouse for a female roommate. Rent will be $332. Utilities (Electricity, gas and internet) will be ~$60-70 per head (variable based on usage). The entire house is completely furnished, clean and well maintained.The house has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a clean and responsible person (only students) to occupy this room, starting anytime in the coming month. 1 year lease starts officially from Sept 1st, but room is available sooner.
