We're looking to rent two rooms out in our house, a block away from the UMBC shuttle and a neighborhood park, and a few blocks from downtown Arbutus. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and you'd be sharing the house with a couple who recently graduated.
Each room is $700/mo, which includes utilities. One of the rooms is furnished with everything a student would need (full size bed, desk, two dressers, chair). Pets are negotiable.
