Single room for a female roommate for $338 close to UMBC

A single room (no sharing) is available female roommate in a 4 bedroom townhouse, very close to UMBC. The room is in the basement, minimally furnished, carpeted ,very spacious and is in good condition. This is the biggest room in the house (more spacious than the master bedroom). Rent will be $338. Utilities (BGE and internet) will be ~$60-70 per head (variable based on usage). The entire house is completely furnished, clean and well maintained.The house has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a clean and responsible person (only students) to occupy this room, starting anytime in the coming month. 1 year lease starts officially from Sept 1st, but room is available sooner.
