we are looking for a roommate to join our home June 1st. We are 4 UMBC graduate students . We are friendly, clean, respectful. There are two bathrooms, and plenty of common space. The rent is 400 dollars and It does not include utilities that are about 35 dollars. one of our roommates is leaving the house since he got a job, so Initially you can stay for two months(the time our roommate has left in his contract) and if you like the house you can extend the contract for one year.
