About This Group
HR liaisons serve as a communication link between UMBC departments and the Human Resources department, and play an integral role in the coordination of recruitment and hiring of faculty and staff positions in their departments.
Examples include:
Entering Personnel Requisitions, dispositioning applicants for other hiring managers and overseeing the hiring process for a specific area.
The purpose of the group is to serve as a communication resource in sharing information regarding changes in procedures, new requirements, changes/updates to PageUp system and any other relevant information.
