Hearts for the Homeless Baltimore

This is the UMBC chapter of Hearts for the Homeless International.  This group focuses on providing free heart health education and blood pressure screenings to vulnerable populations that are at a high risk for heart disease. During these events, members will provide education on multiple health risk factors, blood pressure measurements, and the donation of health care and prevention resources.
