OK, so I am not normally one to complain about much.. and I'm looking forward to the nice new plaza between Admin and the RAC.. but that said, the constant jackhammering outside Admin is starting to get a little old. We're now into at least the 4th day of it. It appears that they are breaking up concrete curbs that were just recently poured. So, two questions:

1. How much longer is the jackhammering going to continue? and
2. Why are they breaking up brand new concrete?
