About This Group

At Facilities Management our mission is to provide excellence in planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance of UMBC's facilities, grounds and utilities. Our staff maintains 70 university buildings on 512 acres of grounds and provides service to nearly 3.6 million gross square feet of space.
