Anyone interested in getting a group together to do some Cr0ssF!t-inspired workouts? I misspell it for fear of copyright and affiliation issues. Just to throw out an idea, we could do a hero WOD or one of the longer "girls" every Saturday morning or something. We may be limited by some of the equipment. I don't think the RAC has GHDs, bumper plates or enough/correct weight kettlebells, but there is plenty we could still try out and just have fun with it.
If you don't know what CF is, just google it with an "o" and an "i" instead of how I've spelled it above.
