Group Fitness Classes begin January 30th!

Spring 2017 Semester RAC Building Hours of Operation

(January 30th through May 26th)

Mondays through Thursdays: 7am-10pm

Fridays: 7am-9pm

Saturdays and Sundays: 12pm-7pm

NOTE: Track, RAC Gymnasium and/or Cardio Balcony may be closed due to PHED classes

All group fitness class participants are required to sign-in and sign-out in the binder provided at each class.  All classes are FREE to all student, faculty/staff and RAC members.

Welcome to UMBC Fitness and Wellness at the RAC!  This group provides information on Group Fitness classes, Open Recreation, Fitness Center and Open Pool hours of operation, Campus Programs, clinics, workshops and more! Keep up with our most up-to-date information on opportunities to stay fit and healthy at the RAC by joining this group; by doing so you will receive notifications regarding news, workshops, events, discussions and more.
