UMBC's implementation of the electronic time sheets is steadily moving forward.  On March 9, 2015, the following departments will 'go live':

Environmental Safety & Health

Facilities Management

JCET/GEST/GPHI

Mechanical Engineering

MIPAR

Parking Services

Public Policy

University Police

Training sessions for employees and supervisors in these departments will be held prior to March 9 (see the attached document for the training details).  The remainder of the campus will go live after campus-wide training has been completed.  Human Resources, DoIT and the Office of the Provost thank you for working with us during this transition.
