The Department of Human Resources and the Division of Information Technology continue to make progress as we move towards migrating the campus to electronic timesheets. As previously indicated in an earlier post, Human Resources and the DoIT division will be the first to go live. When, you ask?
Both areas will start utilizing electronic timesheets with the pay period that begins on April 22, 2014. With a phased-in approach, HR anticipates having the two units live for at least three pay periods before transitioning a group of administrative departments. This will allow us to address any issues that may arise as well as smoothly transition the next group of departments to go live.
