In March 2011 UMBC will be upgrading to PeopleTools 8.5 in our PeopleSoft production instance.  This will involve the look and feel of PeopleSoft as you know it now to change as mentioned in this prior news posting:  http://my.umbc.edu/groups/cps/news/4337 .  Currently we are still testing PeopleTools 8.5.  In case you may be interested in learning about some of the new features that will be available in PeopleTools 8.5, there is a webinar sponsored by The Higher Education User Group (HEUG) regarding features of PeopleTools 8.51.  Now we are planning to implement PeopleTools 8.5 at UMBC, but this webinar should still be relevant as far as some new features that will be available in PeopleTools 8.5.  If interested please click on the "Visit Website" button below to learn more about PeopleTools 8.5 and if you further feel inclined to do so register for the event.
