Greetings!  The Office of the Vice Provost (OVP) would like to alert you of an upcoming renovation to Sherman Hall East 4th floor.  In order to accommodate our departmental growth we are converting the Collaboration Room (rooms 476, 477 and 478) into 3 separate offices.  Planning for this project commenced back in August and now we have finally received time frames from the project manager of when the work can actually occur.  The work could start as early as the end of next week (12/15/2016), but if that time frame cannot be met then some time in January.

Even though we are relinquishing meeting room space for these new offices just as a reminder we still have two conference rooms available on the 4th floor:  1.  Room 461 which was updated earlier this year with new audio/visual equipment and 2.  Room 467 which has recently been renovated as well as has new furniture.  So please continue or start to use these spaces for your meeting needs.
