Some of you may already be aware that faculty, staff and students at UMBC have an option to utilize Google Apps which provides a suite of tools such as email, document creation and storage as well as other features.  Again this is an option and is totally voluntary.  We in CPS IT have been utilizing some of the features from Google Apps and so far have found them useful.
