DPS IT Systems is soliciting ideas!!!  We would like to conduct some pilot training sessions which we will make available to DPS employees.  We are thinking the format of the sessions will be for an hour; first 30 minutes detailing a topic, second half an hour questions and answers and opportunities for one-on-one help.  Also if there is not a topic available for a particular session DPS IT will be available for “drop-in” help for the hour.  We envision this is where DPS faculty/staff can stop by and receive help with a technology question(s).  When possible we would like for these sessions to be interactive so we will request that attendees of the session bring his/her laptop (with advance notice DPS IT can provide a loaner laptop if needed).
