We all in some form or another (formal or informal) are involved in meetings. As a facilitator of a meeting this person has the responsibilities of making sure there is a clear agenda, to-dos and follow-up items are identified and overall that the meeting stays on track. Now in order to do this having an agenda projected to a screen and or printed helps.
Some of you may be aware of this already, but we have a wiki at UMBC (http://wiki.umbc.edu) in which we can search and post information. There is a template page now available in which meeting agendas can be created from. This template allows one to track to-dos, assign them to people as well as other valuable functionality. Take a look at this link which has a video to see if this type of tool may be able to help facilitate your meetings and projects in a better fashion. If you currently do not have access to create pages in the DPS space of the Campus wiki and would like to do so then submit a request to DPS IT.
Thanks,
